At Vision Packaging Solutions, the manufacturing process of Strapping Strips is a well-engineered procedure that ensures strength, durability, and consistency. The process begins with the selection of high-quality raw materials, primarily virgin or recycled polypropylene (PP) or polyester (PET) granules. These granules are melted and extruded through a flat die to form a continuous sheet, which is then quenched in a water bath to solidify. The sheet is slit into strips and stretched under controlled heat to align the polymer molecules, enhancing tensile strength. These strips are then embossed to improve grip and flexibility.
The final product is heat-treated, wound onto coils, and quality-checked for strength, width, thickness, and elongation. Our advanced machinery and strict quality control ensure that each strapping strip meets international packaging standards, making them suitable for securing heavy-duty cartons, pallets, and industrial loads. We prioritize precision, efficiency, and eco-friendly practices in every production stage.
