At Vision Packaging Solutions, our stretch film is manufactured using the advanced Cast Film Extrusion process to ensure superior strength, clarity, and flexibility. The process begins with feeding high-quality polyethylene resins (typically LLDPE) into an extruder, where they are melted at controlled temperatures. The molten plastic is then forced through a flat die to form a thin, wide sheet. This sheet is rapidly cooled on chill rollers, which help achieve uniform thickness and high clarity.
After cooling, the film passes through a series of rollers for stretching and winding. During this stage, the film is stretched in both machine and transverse directions to enhance its elasticity and cling properties. The final product is then slit into various widths and wound into rolls as per customer specifications. Our in-house quality control ensures consistent performance, making our stretch film ideal for packaging, pallet wrapping, and securing loads during transportation.
